Butterfly Stretch

Please, give us as many information concerning your health condition as possible, so that we could provide you with better, more personalized treatment.

AYM cannot be performed in case of:

  • pregnancy
  • recent serious injury or surgery
  • thrombosis (or another condition manifesting in a blockage in blood vessels)
  • first 3 days of menstruation
  • severe skin condition (psoriasis, eczema etc.)
  • it is not suitable for children under 10 years old

What to consider before the massage:

  • Try not to eat anything at least 1 hour before the massage or eat a light meal only.
  • Wear comfortable underpants (loose boxer shorts, short trunks or briefs for men, g-strings or thongs). Make sure it’s not your best pair as there is a chance some oil may get onto them.
  • Refrain from wearing make-up or remove it before the massage. We use 100% organic homemade face massage cream (click here to check out our products) for the Grand Finale. :)
  • Consider additional 10 minutes time for a brief consultation before the first session, as well as 10-15 minutes for relaxation and a shower after the massage.
  • We provide shower facilities, towels, hair dryers and basic toiletries. If you have special requirements (specific shower gel, shampoo or lotion etc.), please bring your own.

What to consider after the massage:

  • Drink plenty of water during 24 hours after the treatment to facilitate the detoxification process.
  • You may want to have an early night after the massage. If you feel like you need more rest after your treatment, it is a very good sign – it means the toxins are leaving the system and your body needs the extra rest to expel them and ‘reset’. Take it easy, relax, and let the magic within you happen!

Chi Nei Tsang:

Chi Nei Tsang is a strictly therapeutic work. We work only on the are of the abdomen and it can get intense especially if there is a lot of tension and energy blockages in this area or high level of toxins in the organs.

Please, give us as many information concerning your health condition as possible, so that we could provide you with better, more personalized treatment.chi nei tsang 1

CNT cannot be performed in case of:

  • pregnancy
  • abdominal surgery within the last 1 year
  • first 3 days of menstruation

You will not need to remove your clothes for a session of Chi Nei Tsang, I will only need to uncover the abdomen. It is still best to wear comfortable and not too tight clothes so there is no discomfort or constriction of the blood vessels and the energy can flow freely throughout the body.

What to consider before the massage:

  • Refrain from eating any solid food at least for 1 hour before the session. If your metabolism is slow you may like to extend this period to 2-3 hours before the session.
  • A session of Chi Nei Tsang can take anything between 1,5-2 hours. There’s no way of saying beforehand how long exactly it will last because it all depends on how prepared the body is to release the tensions, how much tension and toxins there is and for how long they’ve been stored, the readiness of the patient to let go etc. We also take about half an hour before the session for consultation and preparation and about 15 minutes after the session is complete for relaxation and feedback. Please, keep it in mind that the whole process may take up to 3 hours.

What to consider after the massage:

  • Drink plenty of water (at least double of your normal daily intake) during 24 hours after the treatment to facilitate the detoxification process.
  • You may want to have an early night after the massage. If you feel like you need more rest after your treatment, it is a very good sign – it means the toxins are leaving the system and your body needs the extra rest to expel them and ‘reset’. Take it easy, relax, and let the magic within you happen!
  • You may feel very emotional after a session of Chi Nei Tsang. If that happens, it is a very good sign that the energy is moving and “bringing the dirt into the surface”. There is nothing particular you’d need to do about it. Best it just to observe without identifying with or getting carried away by the emotions. Let them come and pass.
